Through personal training sessions and group fitness classes we specialize in weight loss, toning, strength & conditioning, and agility for all ages ranging from children to adults. M.Train LLC personal training sessions and fitness classes combine the use of practical exercises with a wide variety of equipment to help build strength, endurance and stamina. All exercises are modified for the individual's level of fitness from beginner to the most advanced athlete. A mixture of high-energy aerobics, weight training, and sculpting are utilized to improve personal performance and weight loss. The M.trainLLC nutrition programs, working in conjunction with our fitness programs or as a stand alone program, determine the objectives of the client and develop specific recommendations to achieve personal goals. Using modern nutritional theories paired with a common sense approach to healthy eating, we cultivate a supportive environment for successful lifestyle change M.Train LLC wellness training is a unique concept that pairs personal training sessions with counseling sessions. These one-on-one private sessions are designed to not only exercise the body but also exercise the mind. Each session builds upon the previous one giving the client a sense of both physical and mental accomplishment. Through the selection of workout equipment and fitness class design, to the organization of individual nutrition and wellness plans, M.Train LLC will create a positive, rewarding experience for all clients, regardless of age or fitness level.
