Southern Flow Yoga is a homegrown brand with a fierce love for fitness.  We entered the Houston Yoga scene Fall 2019 offering two signature class formats, Southern Sculpt and Southern Stretch, that are incredible as stand-alone workouts or as a complimentary duo.   From our clean, sleek interior to the abundance of natural light and fresh scents, our studio is designed to bring you a bit of ease and a lot of burn.
