Hi! My name is Nick Gonzales a graduate of the 2020 BSYSA 200hr YTT. My yoga journey began in 2016 when I was diagnosed with a rare form of Arthritis. My then girlfriend (now wife) had gone through her 200hr YTT and used me a prop to practice on. I began to really enjoy the practice and devoted much of my time trying different styles and challenging myself not only with the actual asanas but with the yoga philosophy as well. I strive to think outside of the box with my flows to make them fun, challenging and engaging. I do my best to create variations to allow each yogi to feel accomplished and fulfilled at the end of each flow. Hope to see you on the mat!
