Lucy is a certified 200Hr Yoga teacher. She first discovered Yoga in her late teens, then started practicing regularly before the pandemic. Because of her deep love for the practice, she eventually decided to get her teaching certification. Lucy is most passionate about Yoga not just as a form of exercise, but more importantly as a way to clear the mind. Her classes are all about connecting breath to movement, while flowing through creative sequences designed for all levels of experience! She is also passionate about meditation and believes every class is an opportunity for students to turn within themselves. Lucy is very proud to be a part of the New York Yoga community!
