Through movement, breath, sound, art, meditation and mindfulness we intend to equip children with the tools to help them manage their own emotions, worries, and stress in this ever changing, fast paced world. Currently The Heart is offering pre/post natal & kids yoga classes as well as social emotional learning (SEL) opportunities. We will continue to develop our holistic program to include workshops, events, classes, homeschool programs, camps and more by bringing trained professionals and healers together. We encourage you to bring your own mat to all yoga classes but will have available for purchase or borrow for your first session.
