Based in East Liberty’s Bakery Square neighborhood on the east side of Pittsburgh, LEG1ON Training & Performance is the premier, state of the art training facility for athletes and those looking to attain a healthier lifestyle. Newly renovated and designed with the athlete in mind, the facility spans nearly 5,000 square feet and is blanketed with high-quality rubber and turf. The L1 coaches and staff have equipped the facility with top of the line equipment made by some of the industry’s top vendors, including Rogue, Concept 2, Vertamax, and Sting Sports. Programming is led by some of Pittsburgh’s top coaches. Clients can choose from a variety of programming including personal training, small group training, team training, and sports performance. Classes are also offered, with focuses on strength, cardiovascular and respiratory conditioning, boxing, and mobility. Additionally, L1 can help prepare clients on their athletic journey, or just a healthier life style, with amenities such as an on-site nutritionist, video breakdown, online programming, biometric scanning, monthly reviews, college-approved supplements, and recovery tools.
