Welcome to Journey Mindfully LLC Yoga Studio. Journey Mindfully was founded in January of 2023. We are located within, and share a space with New Beginnings Chiropractic & Wellness Center. Our studio is a space for friends, families, and individuals of all shapes, sizes, and levels to come to improve your overall quality of life. So that you can continue to do yoga well into and beyond your 100th birthday. Yoga is about strength, balance, grounding, clarity, movement, awareness of breath, mindfulness. It is about giving you space to grow, no matter where you are in your journey of life. As a community, we will grow together, and support one another in our journeys. We will build friendships. And we will be the examples of what a balanced and mindful life looks like and feels like. We welcome you to our studio!
