What brought you to yoga? Yoga is a practice that flowed in and out of my life for many years. It wasn’t until I found Hot Yoga Revolution that it became a fundamental aspect in my life. I started teaching in 2017 and HYR has become my second home. As a true extrovert, I thrive in dynamic environments - HYR is just that and I am so grateful to be a part of it! What do you love about teaching yoga? To teach yoga is humbling. To be able to create a space for each yogi to receive what they need brings me both joy and a welcomed challenge that I do not take for granted. Whether that be a good workout, a stretch, a good time, or a connection with friends, I love being there to support them in whatever they need. What do you want people to know about your class/teaching style? I aim to always teach a powerful class that both uplifts and encourages practitioners to love themselves and this practice - both on and beyond the mat. I hope my yogis feel the love and appreciation I have for them. They show up so consistently with a gorgeous, powerful practice that I find awe inspiring. Fun facts about your life outside of the studio When I’m not at the studio I love to be with my friends soaking up their love and laughter.
