Darby Canessa is a yoga teacher based in San Diego County. She has been teaching yoga since 2017. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA in Dance and a BA in Communication Arts. During her senior year of college, she completed the 200 hour teacher training at Sonic Yoga in New York City. Shorty after, she completed their 300 Hour program. Darby is also certified in Yoga Trance Dance. In addition to yoga, she enjoys dancing and making dreamcatchers. Darby is excited to share Yoga with the Vital community, and even more excited to learn and grow as a student and teacher at Vital!
