Starting her personal yoga journey in 2015, she became aware of the healing magnitude this practice offers. Being introduced first to Power Yoga, Sheena has a strong background in vinyasa flows that strengthen you from the inside out. In 2018 she received her 200-hour certification from Soul Motivation (Teacher Joseph Stingley) in Dallas, TX and has been teaching consistently since then; mostly finding her roots at House of RhythOM yoga studio in San Antonio, TX. At the moment she is continuing her education and training as she pursues her 500hr certification. Besides yoga instruction, Sheena has a background in retail management and operates her own curated collection of yoga, athleisure, and loungewear. She also loves plants, finding new music, frequenting outdoor markets, and meeting new people!
