We are thrilled to offer a full schedule of Bikram Yoga (26&2), Inferno Hot Pilates, & Hot Vinyasa classes to the Bay Ridge community! We are open every day with 60, 75, and 90 minute classes. Our vibrant studio is teeming with engaging instructors, who have each completed a rigorous certification process. We serve up legendary classes that are challenging and effective, while being fantastic for beginners!
