Jen Montgomery is a STOTT certified Pilates instructor with over 15 years experience teaching Pilates classes, privates and semi-private sessions. She is also the Pilates Shoppe studio director. Her passion is in sharing and tailoring the Pilates repertoire to create effective and safe instruction for all ages, groups and fitness levels. She has also specialized in working with figure skaters for 12 years, including working with several olympians and national champions. Jen also holds a Pilates for Dancers certification from BASI and has worked with the local dance community for over 10 years. Outside the studio her family and golden retriever keep her busy and active. She enjoys hiking, golf, Pickleball and loves traveling whenever she gets the chance.
