I started practicing yoga as an alternative form of exercise. My practice was off and on for a few years until I joined Hot 8 in 2018. From day 1, it felt like home. I deepened my practice daily and decided to take an HPF YTT during the summer of 2019. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I love making genuine connections with people in this community. It has helped me expand my mind, body, and spirit. When I’m not practicing yoga, I’m drinking lots of wine with friends and family. I enjoy going to the movies, shopping, and traveling anywhere next to the water. Looking forward to connecting with you! Xoxo
