Through his teachings, Nick encourages his students to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits, helping them to find balance and harmony in their lives. His classes are an invitation to deepen one's yoga practice and cultivate a sense of gratitude for the present moment. Nick's disciplined self-reflection and daily self-improvement practices prepare him to humbly and eagerly share his love for yoga in each class. When not teaching yoga, Nick can be found offering leadership programs, serving various communities through his non-profit, and touring as a professional musician.
