Due to old injuries, I suffered from pain in my spine, neck, arms, and hips. In 2013, I started practicing Bikram yoga. During this time, not only have I grown stronger physically, but mentally as well. Through practicing Bikram yoga, I have learned the art of giving and receiving. I have benefited so much from my practice and want to be able to share that with others. As such, I decided to become an instructor and was certified in Spring of 2017.
