In 2012 I moved to San Diego to go to treatment for my eating disorder. I was introduced to yoga and found the practices healing to my traumas and addictions. In 2014 I was inspired to complete a 200 hour Hatha and Positive Psychology training at Happy U Namaste. Upon graduating I transitioned to teaching full time and enrolled at ICOHS to study massage therapy. I specialize in deep tissue, prenatal, and postpartum massage. I love to learn and it is through further education that my teaching has developed to be inclusive, functional, and trauma sensitive. Much of this development occurred during my 300 hour and has continued as I complete the Yoga Therapy training at the Soul of Yoga. I am currently building my private practice, a combination of yoga and massage therapy to help students find balance physically, emotionally, and energetically. When not practicing, teaching yoga, or doing bodywork you can find me hiking around San Diego with my dog Raptor, biking the city, and traveling every chance I get.
