Allegra Chabay, MFA, E-RYT 500 Allegra has studied yoga for 30 years, is trained as a yoga therapist, and has taught for last 20 years in a wide variety of settings, including numerous studios from Sf to HI, city parks, schools, prisons, and an orchid sanctuary. She believes yoga is for everyone, and her classes use breath to build connection between mind and body, and to create space for self-awareness, compassion, and peace and sustainable wellbeing in ourselves and in the world.
