Team Hicks Fitness is a boutique by appointment only training studio. We offer a Variety of classes and Semi privates. You can read a description of the classes on the MindBody app. All the modalities are also offered in Privates sessions. Most classes and privates are offered via zoom depending on equipment availability. Rita also offers customized programming, monthly workouts conveniently delivered to you through the TrueCoach app. You can also book a free 30 min consultation through the MindBody app. Please note all times are in CST. All class packages expire 30 days from the first class you use. Packages for privates vary, the 10 pack is good for 10 weeks from the first session used. A 24 hr cancelation policy is require for any private sessions, there is no cancelations allowed for classes, You do not have to sign up in advance, you have up to 30 mins before the class starts to signup.
