Peak Strength and Fitness provides personal and group training in addition to offering fitness classes. We utilize an integrative approach to training in order improve overall cardiovascular health and functional strength of our clients. We are in partnership with Gainesville Dojo so martial arts training : Karate, Kung Fu , Boxing and Kickboxing will also be available in the facility.
