Is most enthusiastic and passionate about providing a safe, relaxing and functional movement experiences for every individual while offering options suitable for the beginner, seasoned, tight, or injured body. She began practicing yoga in 2002 and teaching in 2009 with a mentor to guide & teach the old fashioned way. Chasity received her first official 200HR certification from Sri Dharma Mittra Yoga Teacher Training in NYC in 2016 and a second 200HR training with VETOGA same year. Chasity deeply believes yoga is for everyone and every kind of body and wishes to share yoga with as many people as possible. Chasity has taught in San Antonio, Tx in different studios, settings, and many unique populations. She specializes in in gentle, slow flows and other types such as Yin, restorative, chair yoga, and Stand Up Paddle Yoga--all adaptive and accessible. The intention of each class is to explore our abilities, and range of motion while improving functional mobility- adapted to the needs of each person. Each practice will be challenging, relaxing, and will include balance, breath, meditation, accessible movement to ultimately improve the quality of life.
