Rock Steady Boxing of the Grand Strand is here to provide hope for those who are choosing to fight back against Parkinson's Disease. Not only do we kick butt; we have fun doing so! WE ARE A NON-CONTACT BOXING PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE; there is NO sparring. Specific areas Boxing addresses include the following, but not limited to: coordination, focus and concentration, agility and footwork, full body strength, reaction time, mobility, ability to multitask, endurance, mental clarity; not to mention gaining an entire network of people that you KNOW have your back! Come see for yourself!**Classes not limited to people with Parkinson's Disease will be noted in class name/description.
