Nicole's yoga journey began in 2014, while training for a marathon. What started as a "stretching routine" to work on her tight hamstrings became a life changing practice and a way to explore her inner life and practice self-love and acceptance. As an RN, Nicole also utilizes yoga on a daily basis to overcome stressful situations and connect on a deeper level with her patients. Over the past year, Nicole has watched her own life, as well as the lives of both parents and her siblings, change dramatically as the result of the practice of yoga, and she is excited to share the benefits she has experienced with the Highland Square community. She received her 200 hour RYT certification from Release Yoga in 2016.
