"Live well at the speed of life!" Vickie is a Fit-X Fitness Master level trainer with 23 years of fitness experience and 13 years life coaching experience. She is a Corrective Exercise Specialist including Post-Rehab and Performance training, a Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach, provides fitness for aging baby boomers and teaches Yoga for every body. Her certifications include NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and ACE Weight Management Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor. Vickie creates results and makes magic for the ageing fitness fanatic. She Works with individuals internationally to achieve weight loss and life balance. She is devoted to enhancing health and wellness for special populations, including pain free living. Plus has been an avid participant in 10 local marathons and half marathons.
