Amy has been improving lives with Pilates for over 12 years. She is Comprehensively Certified with Balanced Body and PMA. In addition, she is a Specialist in Pilates Based Education for Neurological conditions. Pilates Superpower: Capitalizing on her Pilates genius to evoke fierce loyalty across all ages (along with some fierce stabilization muscles and fierce balance ability). Fun fact: Amy has run the Chicago Marathon, kayaked the Les Cheneaux Islands and biked the DALMAC, Quebec, Ireland and Florida. She recently completed a hike across Portugal.
