What’s up y’all, I’m Corey! Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, challenging, and FUN! I always want you to leave class feeling stronger than you came in and feeling proud of yourself for showing up. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday HIIT, where you’ll be breaking a sweat to a mix of 2000s hip hop and pop edm remixes. Outside of teaching class, I’m a frequent tennis player and just finished running my first marathon. My friends would say I’m always on the move and that energy translates to my classes. Catch me in the rock room T-TH in the morning, afternoon or night!
