Hi my name is Shannon Rae and I’m so ecstatic to be a part of AIR Aerial Fitness! I am originally from Nebraska, but the desert was calling 3 years ago. I’m married to my wonderful husband Gene, & we have daughters Styla 11 & Savvy 6 along with our son Vin 4. I have a fitness background as a spin instructor. I love being outdoors with my family, watching kids grow and participate in their activities, dune buggying, and cheering for the huskers. I love golfing, hiking, running, stand up paddle boarding, swimming, yoga, & of course ….. AIR Fitness!!
