Lake Studio Massage and Yoga is owned and operated by certified massage therapist and registered yoga teacher Elizabeth Emer. Yoga classes at the studio focus on alignment, building strength and cultivating relaxation, practicing mindful embodiment, and meditation, for all levels, from total beginner to advanced practitioner. Our massage therapy focuses on therapeutic Swedish and deep tissue and myofascial release. Your treatment will include the use of an herbal massage oil, heat via warm packs and a table heating pad, and essential oils.
