Jenny Bootz, RYT is a yoga instructor, Reiki and sound healing practitioner. Her journey began over 20 years ago as a massage therapist while completing her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. After many years of working in healthcare she decided to complete her 200 hr RYT! These days she enjoys cultivating joy and peace through Slow Flow Hatha and Restorative/Yin classes with beautifully arranged sound healing during savasana.
