We are an intentionally inclusive and accessible-focused yoga studio offering a variety of achievable classes, specialized workshops, fun atmosphere, personalized lessons on-site, and pain management yoga near Curry Ford and Bumby. We're hands down the best place for beginners, bigger bodies, rebels, misfits, those with injuries, people who want to change the world, those seeking gender affirming yoga, those who think other studios are full of odd intensity. We strive to have budgetable classes, equitable offerings, a team dedicated to undoing yoga appropriation, we are hands-off in the space, and all of our staff our trauma and healing-informed to offer you the utmost support.
