Elizabeth has been obsessed with Pilates since her first class 6 years ago. She loves the mind-body connection required and the feeling of having worked out both after class. She fell in love with the Nofar Method after her first class. The slow, controlled movements with additions of props showed results like no other class she had taken before. Elizabeth loves leaving her 9-5 at Jonathan Adler and coming to the studio to end the day with a class, especially when focused on the abs and glutes. Elizabeth provides her clients with a full-body workout and an excitement for their next class.
