My name is Mari-Scott Conrad. I am an Assistant Principal, a former teacher, and a former dance & cheer coach. I have always enjoyed being active and exercising. I have completed one full marathon, and two half-marathons. In my year of taking Pilates over 100 classes at EPIC Pilates, I have become stronger and more flexible. I enjoy the environment EPIC provides; the small class sizes, as well as the motivating instructors that have contributed to my success in my fitness journey. I believe everybody, any age or size, will enjoy what EPIC Pilates has to offer.
