We are an independent community studio offering private and group instruction based on the core principles of Pilates: concentration, control, center, position, breath, and fluidity. Our schedule includes Pilates equipment, Pilates mat, barre, and yoga. Voted Chicago’s Best Pilates Studio in 2019 by the Chicago Reader.
