I grew up in the mountains of Utah, where being surrounded by nature became a special and grounding part of my life. That deep connection to the natural world still inspires me and is something I carry into my yoga practice. Just like time spent outdoors, yoga offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself. I started practicing in 2023 as a way to manage anxiety and reconnect with my body and mind. What began as a personal outlet quickly grew into a deep passion, and in March 2025, I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Black Swan Yoga. Studio 108 is the first studio I’ve had the opportunity to teach at, and I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and rooted in mindfulness. I aim to create a welcoming space where students of all levels can feel grounded, connected, and at ease. Yoga has brought me so much peace and strength, and I’m passionate about helping others find the same.
