Michelle is a nationally recognized fitness leader, instructor and educator with over 30 years of professional practice. Her fitness journey started as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Finding her passion for Pilates 20 years ago, she started teaching Pilates mat classes and continued her education with a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates Certification. Michelle uses her knowledge in corrective exercise and functional, mindful movement to inspire her clients to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle with fluidity, grace and freedom from injury. Pilates is the perfect mix of balance, strength, and muscle endurance to improve posture, flexibility, focus, self esteem and much more! She is passionate to share her knowledge to educate and empower others to become instructors. Outside of the Studio, Michelle enjoys tennis, gardening, spending time with her family, dogs and her personal Pilates practice.
