I'm Mariah, the owner at AIR Goodyear. After falling in love with AIR at our sister studio in Phoenix, I was immediately driven to bring this out to our community in the West Valley! I have always had a passion for fitness with a background in gymnastics both as a competitor and a coach, as well as helping others to maximize their movement in my career as a Physical Therapist. I am so grateful to be a part of our growing AIR community in Goodyear!
