Hi, I’m Griffin! I’m originally from Atlanta and completed my 200-hour teacher training at Highland Yoga in June 2025. My yoga journey began the summer I moved back home after college. I was looking for a physical practice that could help me feel better mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—and I found that and so much more through yoga. Over the past two years, I’ve taken more than 500 classes, deepening not only my personal practice but also my understanding of yoga’s transformative power. Now, I’m excited to share that passion with others through teaching. My goal is to create a space where students feel strong, grounded, and connected to themselves. Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time or looking to grow your practice, I’m here to support and challenge you every step of the way.
