Stefanie discovered Bikram yoga in the early 2000s when a friend invited her to a class. She was immediately drawn to the practice’s structure, intensity, and transformative effects, finding it not only built strength and flexibility but also offered mental clarity and resilience. Over time, Bikram yoga became her sanctuary, helping her navigate physical challenges, stress, and life transitions by providing a space to “sweat it all out and leave it on the mat.” In 2017, Stefanie became a certified Traditional Hot Yoga instructor, deepening her commitment to the Bikram method. She has since taught at studios across the Seattle area and Orange County, aiming to inspire, heal, and empower, creating a compassionate space for growth and connection. When not teaching, she enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and friends.
