Soul Tribes is a non-heated yoga and meditation studio. Our yoga classes are a gentle approach where we focus on learning a sustainable yoga practice, using muscle activation, body and joint alignment, stability, flexibility, mobility, balance, all with the incorporation of helpful steady breathing. We have vinyasa flow and yin yoga classes. Our meditation classes are for anybody and everybody who would like more calmness and connection to themselves and the tools to de-stress and get into their most optimal state of mind. We have guided mindfulness meditations and sound meditations. We are committed to building community in Houston, in studio, and through live virtual classes, helping create conscious, kind, and healthy life practices.
