In addition to one-on-one personal training, semi-private training options are offered as well to customize a training program to the client’s needs. Fitness Together® excels in customizing a training program to give each client the greatest chance for success in building a healthy lifestyle. Greg Sterner, Owner, is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Nutrition Specialist. He supervises all training programs at Fitness Together Point Loma personal training gym.
