I first encountered yoga in January 2014. At the time, I was exhausted from living in a society where I felt I had to become someone else in order to fit in. Feeling disconnected from myself, I made the decision to step away from that life and explore the world. During my journey, I visited a friend in California who invited me to a yoga class. I had no idea what to expect, but went anyway as part of my exploration. That single decision changed everything. I immediately fell in love with yoga and still remembers the feeling of my first shavasana, a moment when I felt whole and complete. That was when her yoga journey truly began. Since then, I have continued to practice, reconnecting again and again with that same sense of presence and fulfillment. Now, I am here to share that feeling with others and to help them experience a sense of wholeness within themselves. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2025 and will continue my journey with confidence and dedication.
