WHAT IS DHARMA? The concept of Dharma is threaded throughout the philosophy of yoga and is the center ideal in many mythic stories. It is often translated as your “true purpose”. It can be understood as ones personal values, what you hold yourself to, and what makes you feel closest to your heart. We believe that yoga and other avenues of wellness that we offer are some of the best ways to find, connect to, and live in line with your dharma. Living a life of purpose is what allows you to feel at peace, live from your heart, and inspire others to do the same.
