Total Fitness offers a wide variety of cardiovascular and weight machines, allowing all of our members to create their own individual workout programs. Our certified trainers are here to help you with your fitness goals and any questions you have along the way. Total Fitness values all of our members, whether they are professional athletes or novices just learning the ropes. Through a combination of our weights, machines, classes, and training staff, we are able to meet the needs of each one of our members. Interested in joining one of our classes? We offer an array of Group Exercise Classes including Spinning, Zumba, Kettlebells, boot camp, step aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and strength training; as well as specialty classes for senior fitness.
