Hi Guys!! :D My name is Veronica! Bikram yoga has been part of my life for 5 amazing years. I have been teaching for 1 year (yay). This yoga has taught me to be fearless on and off the mat. The only thing that gets between us and reaching our goals is our mind. When you make up our mind to give it everything we got to be bold and fearless the sky is the limit. I dont remember what life was like before starting my practice. Each class is always different but life always seems a little brighter after completing those 90min in the hot room. Come stretch your body and free your mind with me. It wont be easy but i promise it'll be totally worth it. (:
