Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, challenging, and upbeat. I want you to enter class feeling READY and leave class feeling ACCOMPLISHED. My favorite day of the week is Thursday Upper Body Circuit, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop, EDM, and throwback Hip Hop. On a personal note, you can find me scoping out the newest coffee spots with my dog Gus. I'm on the schedule Tuesday and Thursday mornings!
