We're sorry, but online registration is not allowed for this activity. Group Exercise classes, Yoga & Pilates and personal training are available for full members of the facility. Please contact us during regular business hours for registration information. A challenging class that combines cardio and strength training. This class consists of phases of high-intensity work such as jump squats, burpees or alternating side lunges, followed by phases of moderate or low-intensity recovery.
