Chair Yoga Session Two

This class will include seated and standing postures along with other exercises. This class will strengthen the joints and stretch and strengthen your muscles without getting on the floor and putting pressure on the hands and knees. Chair yoga is not only for seniors; it is for anyone who wants to explore the benefits of seated and standing movement. There will also be postures to help improve your balance. Chairs are available to use. 25% discount for those aged 60 and older. No class Patriots Day, Monday April 20. Instructor Donna Guilmain
