Shallow Water Fitness Aquatics!Water exercise is a wonderful low-impact alternative to traditional land exercise programs.This program is ideal for people wanting a no or low impact program, and those recovering from injuries. And, for anyone looking for a great workout! This will be run at a slower pace than the high intensity aquatics class but will still focus on cardio and strength and will include the use of weights and noodles.Class will mainly be held in the shallow end with an occasional visit to the middle or deep end. You must be at least 18 years old to register for this class. Participants are invited to bring their own water weights. Please note program is priced anticipating that participants will miss a session due to summer vacation plans.
