THURSDAY 4:00 - 4:45PM Our non-competitive program teaches technically correct gymnastics skills using progressions in a safe environment. Students are divided into small groups by both age and skill level. Classes include warm up and conditioning plus instruction on vault, bars, balance beam, floor, Air-floor and mini trampoline. Our experienced instructors will develop your child's strength, flexibility, agility, and confidence as a gymnast. Rock 'n Tumble makes learning FUN as gymnasts earn awards as they learn gymnastics using Rock 'n Tumble Bronze & Silver skill cards. Walk in registration accepted at Carmel Valley Recreation Center after the first class through the fourth class. Fees will not be prorated.
