This 1/2 hour gymnastics class will expose your child to gymnastic equipment - floor, low balance beam, bars, and work on coordination, flexibility, and balance. The instructor reserves the right to move the participant to appropriate level class. Athletic attire must be worn to class. Please come to class with long hair pulled back out of face and bare feet.
