Gymnastics (K to 5th)

We will learn basic gymnastics skills to help with flexibility, core strength, balance, upper and lower core strength and coordination. We will work gymnastics skills leading up to forward rolls, backrolls, cartwheels, handstands, backbends, basic balance beam skills and basic bar skills.
